Scoop your coffee jelly with a spoon to create a randomly cut, jewel-like shapes. Make key visual motifs with pieces of jelly that resemble black jewels.
Specially crafted using RITARU coffee beans while being mindful of mixing with Hokkaido milk or ice cream. Slightly luxurious, special, soft and fragrant. Gorgeously presented using gold foil on dark brown paperboard and finely powdered wood.
