Bird Watching is a restaurant that fuses yakitori with French cuisine and Vin Naturel.  Bird Watching joins French Panda, a French restaurant where you can also enjoy Chinese dishes, as a sister restaurant to Aki Nagao, the representative French Restaurant in Sapporo. To match the playful naming, we used forest and smoke motifs to compose the logo using a camouflage pattern. Birds are hiding within the camouflage pattern.⁠ ⁠
